There are a number of wonderful parks in the area available to Pascack Valley residents.   One of my favorites, Wood Dale Park, which is found in Woodcliff Lake, encompasses an impressive 55 acres.   Crafted in a circular shape with a magnificent lake in the center, the park offers tennis courts, a running or walking path, playgrounds and a dog park as well. 

Also found in Woodcliff Lake is a lovely Old Mill Park.  Equipped with athletic fields, lighted tennis courts, playgrounds, and a public swimming area, this is undoubtedly a town favorite!

While the papers are singing the songs of lament, this Realtor has noticed a decidedly upbeat trend in this wonderful Pascack Valley.  Homes are going under contract, and selling..The buyers, who have found a place to plant their proverbial roots, are excited about the new and low mortgage rates, and are jumping in to some fantastic buys.  Beautiful homes which last year were selling for much more are incredibly priced..this, in combination with the low interest rates make a package hard to refuse..Those who have been keeping an eye on the Real Estate Market in the Pascack Valley of Bergen County NJ understand what value is here.
