Thinking of selling your Pascack Valley Home?  Here are a few quick tips to make your home stand out to prospective buyers!

Your Kitchen is always very important to buyers so it’s best to keep it clean!  For starters, clear the clutter off the counter tops & make sure that the floor shines.   Are your appliances clean?  For example, make sure you scrub the range & the oven.  Are all the appliances in working condition?  If not, your potential buyers will notice!   How about the refrigerator - any interesting odors?  Placing a box of baking soda inside the refrigerator is a quick fix!   The key here is to impress buyers, so do whatever you can to make your kitchen look both well-maintained and efficient!

There are many unanticipated problems that can arise while you're closing the sale of your home.  Since there are so many people involved in the process (buyers, attorneys, lenders, etc), anyone of them could potentially impede your closing.  Well written contracts and experienced Realtors are the way to go.  Read more here!
