As a seller, it's important that you don't try to hide anything from your buyers, and especially not from your Realtor!  Being completely honest about any potential problems with your home (the roof, structure, plumbing, radon, etc) is always your best bet!  Additionally, disclosure laws and home inspections will make it unlikely that these defects go undetected.  Read more here!
